Finance/Communication Updates

No news on 501c3–could take 160 days;

Hills Bank Account–Jodi & Dawn are listed; Deb soon!

Balance report–$318.50

Will be paying for shirts on Oct. 17

Court Construction/Progress

Dawn C. shared: Engineers for consideration for the Engineering study that is required by the City of Williamsburg

She was in contact with the City of Coralville and received 2 recommendations.

Shoemaker & Haaland, Grant Finch

Confluence Inc., Ben Sandell

Mary Wetjen & Jodi Stahl met with Court Fore Sports ,Jason Miller(Homestead) for a bid. He gave us a bid of $205,000. Our board is going to try to get to Belle Plaine and try out their courts.

Question: How long has this product been out?

Michael’s Bid was from Parceros Construction, N. Liberty at a cost of $140,000

We would like to get one more bid(Dawn will check back with Coralvile for recommendations).

We need to make sure bids are for similar items: fence height, lighting, etc.

T-shirts(Jodi)--taking orders until 10/17/24

Must have 36 shirts for an order 28 sold to date)
